I actually took this last night, but it was pretty late so I'm counting it for today.  I did the B&W conversion using the Channel Mixer in Photoshop with the 'monochrome' option.  By moving the blue slider all the way up and the red and green down, it made the bluish light from the computer screen on her face brighter and toned down the yellowish incandescent light on the wall behind her.
