Backstage work table.
The electricians have a work table set up backstage for repairing the various electrical effects that routinely break in this show. They can usually be found there before a show, multimeter or soldering iron in hand, cursing at a battery pack, tangle of string lights, or in this case a miniature fogger that's been taken to pieces.
