With the start of 2009 I have returned to my daily photo endeavor. The goal is one good photo every day to keep me active with my camera and my Smugmug site. I will miss days and weeks, but hopefully I'll come back fresh after each hiatus, however long it lasts. I started shooting daily photos early last year; my gallery for 2008 is here.

Boots.
I put new laces in my work boots today - the outer sheath had worn through on the old ones. I think the grommets on the eyelets are not of the highest quality. The laces snag a bit as they pull through, so I have to replace them periodically.
