With the start of 2009 I have returned to my daily photo endeavor. The goal is one good photo every day to keep me active with my camera and my Smugmug site. I will miss days and weeks, but hopefully I'll come back fresh after each hiatus, however long it lasts. I started shooting daily photos early last year; my gallery for 2008 is here.

Some fun toys that recently found their way to my desk. I'm not that happy with this shot technically or compositionally - maybe if I didn't keep getting distracted by the toys I'd be able to focus on taking a good photo...
